Stir together flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and cinnamon; set
aside. In large bowl cream butter; gradually add sugar; cream until
well blended. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in
pineapple and flour mixture, then apples and raisins until well
blended. Spread evenly in greased pan. Bake in preheated oven at
350o for 20 minutes or until pick in centre comes out clean. Cool.
Spread with frosting. Cut into bars.
Cream Cheese Icing
Mix until well blended, 3 oz. softened cream cheese and 2 tbsp.
softened margarine. Beat in 1 tsp. pineapple juice and 1 tsp. milk.
Gradually beat in 2 c. icing sugar until mixture is of spreading
consistency. Spread on cooled slice.
